Owner Aubrey Dickinson has worked as a barista since the age of 15 and has loved every minute of it. Life took her on a journey to California, where she managed a fast-paced, busy café in the heart of Hollywood for four years. She was also a baker at the same café for two years. With over ten years experience in the industry, Aubrey has proven herself a leader in providing quality products with exceptional service. She has brought her own personal creative vision to life with Little Red’s, a passion that can be felt and tasted in every hand-baked treat and in every cup of local Ladro brew, personalized with a handwritten note from the founder herself.
